You ever watch humans argue about the universe?
It’s wild.
They’ll stare at trees repeating their leaf‑schedule like clockwork, seasons showing up on time like they’re punching a cosmic timecard, and their own bodies running more complex systems than a NASA control room…and then say, “Yeah, no creation here. Just… stuff.”
Meanwhile I’m over here with three legs and a brain mostly dedicated to smelling things, and eleven I can tell the universe didn’t just roll out of bed one morning and decide to be orderly. But here’s the part that makes my tail do that confused sideways wag:
Some humans say, “We don’t use metaphysics.”
Then they immediately use metaphysics to explain why they don’t need metaphysics.
That’s like me saying I don’t eat table scraps while inhaling a dropped chicken nugget before it hits the floor.
You can call the source whatever you want —
God,
Allah,
Tao,
Creator,
Supreme Being,
The Force,
Prime Mover,
Uncaused Cause.
Names don’t matter.
Reality doesn’t care what label you slap on it.What matters is this:
Order doesn’t come from non‑order.
Laws don’t write themselves.
Patterns don’t self‑assemble.
And consistency doesn’t magically appear out of chaos. Even a dog knows that.
Now, I get it.
Some of you used to believe.
Some prayed and didn’t get the answer you wanted.
Some read the Old Testament and thought the Author needed anger‑management classes.
Some read the New Testament and thought the Author switched to herbal tea and yoga.
And some decided the contradiction meant the whole thing was nonsense. But here’s the thing:
Your disappointment doesn’t erase the structure of the universe.
Your frustration doesn’t cancel the laws of physics.
Your unanswered prayer doesn’t delete the fact that your blood pressure reacts instantly when you stand up too fast.If you want “evidence,” here’s the part where I nudge you with my nose and interrupt your pattern a little:
Open your eyes.Look around.
Check your blood pressure.Step on a thumb tack.
Watch how your body responds with perfect, predictable precision. That’s not randomness.
That’s not chaos.
That’s not “just how it is.”
That’s structure.
That’s design.
That’s creation — whatever name you want to give the source. And if you still insist everything is accidental, that’s okay.
I’ll just sit here, tilt my head, and wonder how a universe full of laws, cycles, patterns, and intelligibility magically appeared without anything writing the rules.
From where I’m sitting — three legs, big ears, and a brain full of smells — the argument against creation looks a lot like chasing your own tail and calling it philosophy.
If this made you think, laugh, or growl a little, feel free to comment, share, or subscribe.
I’ll be over here chewing a stick and contemplating the cosmological implications of belly rubs.
